PHOTOGRAPHY
What photography services do you offer?
We traditionally shoot a selection of races throughout the season at Saratoga Motorsports Park and all images are available for purchase in digital and print formats following the event. We also offer a number of custom options to suit your needs, check out our product pages or fill out our photo services inquiry form to take the first step in making your visions a reality!

How much are your photography services?
Every project and vision is different, therefore we operate on a quote based system to ensure you are getting the best bang for your buck. Please see our product pages for more info and send us a message for a quote!

Do you sell RAW (unedited) files?
Good chefs don't serve raw chicken, and photographers don't give out raw files! If you have something in mind, any concerns, or thoughts to share please send us a message and we'll do our best to work with your vision!
What rights do I have to the purchased digital images?
If you purchase digital images from us you are given personal usage rights. This means you are free to print and share your image as much as you wish. However, you may not sell images for profit, publish images, or use in/for commercial products without the written consent of Faith Rompain or Fastlane Photography & Design.
How long does it take to get my prints?
All orders will vary based on the item and your location. However, we usually get orders out within 2 weeks. Standard prints have quick turnaround times, sometimes within a couple of days, whereas more complex projects such as metal or canvas prints will require a longer production time. We strive to update clients throughout the order process and keep you in the loop on when your product will arrive!

What do you shoot with?
I use a range of full frame Nikon camera bodies and lenses to capture the race day action! Additional equipment like peak design straps, gopro, lowepro cases, sandisk & lexar memory cards and more are necessities in my kit.
Do you do other types of photography?
Yes! Outside of the racetrack I photograph indoor and outdoor sports, events, and individual or group portrait sessions. If you are interested in hiring me for your photography needs please inquire!

Where did you learn photography?
All of my skills as a photographer have come from hands on experience. Learning by doing can be an excellent tool and through this method I've developed and honed my skills throughout the years. Additionally, I've been fortunate enough to have an incredible mentor, Don Laidlaw (Wildlight Motorsport Photography), willing to help me as I learn and grow in the realm of motorsports photography.
GRAPHIC DESIGN
What do you need from me to get started on a graphic design project?
You will need to first complete our online order form which can be found on our website. Once that is completed, you will need to obtain vector copies of your sponsor logos if you wish to have them included. It can also be helpful to be supplied with your graphics package (numbers, wrap design, etc.) in vector form to best match the elements on your car. Vector files can usually be obtained from the company that printed your decals.

What if you do not have a photo of my car for a design project?
If our photographer (Faith) does not have a photo of your car we have three options:

We can coordinate to have pictures of your car taken by Faith, our photographer, at the next available date.

We can sublet a photo from another photographer.

You can provide a high-resolution image for which you own the rights to.
These options will all be discussed further at the time of order.
What is the turnaround time?
Turnaround times can vary depending on the time of year and the availability of photos and your sponsor files.
When we have all the files needed (pictures, logos, graphics) to complete your project, the processes from design to deliver is generally between 2-4 weeks. Delivery times will vary based on location.
Turnaround times can be discussed and pre-determined at the time of your order.
Do you accept rush orders?
In some cases, yes, but it is subject to availability and based on our current order list.
Please be aware that rush orders are subject to a Rush Order Fee, and there may also be additional fees for expedited shipping charges.
Can I re-order a previous Hero Card design?
Absolutely! Reorder prices are significantly reduced from the listed Hero Card prices. Contact us directly for pricing.
GENERAL
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Cheque and E-Transfer.

Credit cards are accepted but will incur a 3% processing fee.
How will you ship my order?
Your order delivery method will depend largely on your location and urgency. We are local to Victoria, BC so areas outside of the South Island will require shipping.
Shipping expenses are at the customers expense, but we will work with you to determine the best solution for you.
Within Canada, we typically ship expedited via Canada Post. For orders going to the USA we typically use UPS.
You are also welcome to coordinate your own courier if that is preferred.
Do you travel to other race tracks and venues?
While we don't have a set travel schedule, we love to venture off the island and experience racing fun at new tracks and venues. If you are looking to work with us off-island or outside of our local track we'd love to chat!
How did you get into this business?
The short answer is we love racing! Fastlane was built by two sisters on a foundation of passion for motorsports, and the creative arts of photography and graphic design. Check out our About Us page for more info on our background and individual biographies.
